So far (key words there) the rioters/looters have been content to keep their silliness downtown here in Portland.
Last week that changed when they went after Portland Police's North Precinct.
North Precinct attackedInterestingly enough, North Portland has historically been a primarily black neighborhood, so the looting and arson that followed primarily impacted minority owned businesses.
We're far enough out in the 'burbs that I'm not horribly worried about ANTIFA/BLM/Whomever getting frisky in my particular neighborhood. However, I have all the AR mags topped off, I've talked with neighbors I trust (most of them) about *IF* (and everyone agrees that it's a miniscule probability) things get crazy squirrely what's our plan. We've got a couple of decent choke points into the neighborhood that would be easy to block off w/ vehicles, things along those lines. We spend a lot more time talking about other emergency preparedness type of stuff.
