https://youtu.be/vRoy7r9fp2E

I thought this was pretty funny.  A musical that gun guys can enjoy.   =D

I am impressed she did training footage in a Princess dress.  There has got to be a blooper reel.

Many Disney movies would be far shorter.

I'm still laughing over that.

But what can one expect from a video with James Yeager in it?

Missed that part.  Still entertaining.

I have a couple 1911's I have never had an issue with.

IMO, the equivalent would be judging the "Glock" design by the reliability of all the Glock clones.  If a cheap Glock clone is an unreliable mess, then all Glocks suck.

That was a real hoot.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

I can't believe those guys thought it would be a good idea to share some live-fire training time with someone constantly in danger of tripping on her skirt. Then again, with a girl like that, where do I sign up?  :O

What's really weird is that she made a whole album of her attempts at vocalizing really badly-written songs. ugh

If you didn't even know what a 1911 was, you could be forgiven for believing the anti-1911 rants on YouTube. Just from looking at her, uh, face, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt. She's asking in character, as someone who has a lot of cool guns (including 1911s), but only knows about guns from watching videos.

It seems to me that her voice is just as good as a number of professional singers.  Certainly decent considering she is not a professional singer and might do her own writing.   =D

She is definitely a better shooter now than when she first started doing videos.

Faint praise? =D

Not that with 50 years of gunshot noise behind me, I'm much of a judge, but she was not bad at all in this clip.

Some folks are trying to compare a gag YouTube clip to professionally rehearsed and directed numbers where slips and  blunders are neither seen nor heard and end up on the cutting room floor in the recycle bin folder.

I'm no recording engineer, but I'd be willing to make a rhetorical bet with a rhetorical $10 that what you hear professionally is usually spliced together cut and pasted from three different run-throughs.  Nobodie's pirfect.

You know, there was a big flap when the public found out that so many performances by "pros" were actually lip-synced from their recordings.

Anyhow, it was fun and enjoyable (B+, as most youtubies go) and I'm going to let it go with that.

I'm still chuckling over that spare mag retrieval from the cleavage pouch.

Thanks, MechAg94 !

Huh? I hear people sing live every week in church that sound much better than that, and even the corny gospel doo-wop songs they're singing are much more well-written.

I get what she's trying to do, but it's just embarrassingly poorly executed.

I already graded it "B+" against the other Youtubes I've seen.

How would you grade it, A through F?

-------------------
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Academic_grading_in_the_United_States
Quote
Below is the grading system found to be most commonly used in United States public high schools, according to the 2009 High School Transcript Study.[1] This is the most used grading system, however, there are some schools that use an edited version of the college system.

Letter Grade
Percentage
Grade Point Average (GPA)
 (out of 4.0)

A 90%–100%
4.0

B 80%–89%
3.0

C 70%–79%
2.0

D 60%–69%
1.0

F < 60%
0.0

That's from wiki and is sorta the way I look at letter grades versus numerical values.
