If you are an overweight male eating a fatty diet, exercising in the early evening may be more beneficial. With my work schedule, I am trying to do my exercise when I get home from the office at around 1600 hours or so.

I run at 0700 and lift weights and do more cardio between 4-5 pm

It is hard to snack when you are exercising.  I figure that is why evening exercise is better.   =)

Best time to exercise is when you will actually do so, regardless of what the clock says.  And the best type of exercise is the one you will actually do consistently.

I lift my coffee cup in the morning and my fork in the late afternoon.  Does that count?

I gave up my exercise bike because it didn't have a beer holder and my ashtray kept falling off.
Sometimes we carry more weight then we owe.
And sometimes goes on and on and on.
