Many of my neighbors are immigrants.

I live a few yards from one of the border streets in St. Louis. I'm in the gentrified area. The other side of Gravois (Route 66) is Dutchtown, where quite a few non-gentrified people live.
 
Damn, but they like their fireworks. And I suspect that they also like their freedom.

And... I think that one of the New Gun Owners just wasted about $50 worth of 9mm... I have not heard a lot of gunfire this holiday.

What was that, 5 rounds?

I didn't stay up late, but during the evening I didn't hear any shooting.  Which is sort of odd around here, you can usually hear someone practicing at least once a day.
