Any other carnivores out there?
« on: August 25, 2021, 05:54:29 PM »
I've pretty much stopped eating sugars/carbos... Hard part is beer. I like beer.

Back about 20 years ago, and damn, but time flies, I did this, lost a buncha weight, and then relationships with women who liked fast food did me in... We'll see...

I'd eat cow every day if my neighbor didn't get so upset when he finds them in my freezer.

Why are you putting your neighbor in your freezer?
A plan is just a list of things that doesn't happen.
Is defenestration possible through the overton window?

So he can find his lost cow.

And sometimes goes on and on and on.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

And I am not quite sure about the national origin of this, but my neighbors who dutifully cut beer-can binders into small pieces to save the turtles in the landfills will doubtless depreciate...

SWMBO has lost, since the end of June, almost 30lbs by going high-fat and low-carb, combined with intermittent fasting.  Another 30-35lbs and she’ll be back to her high school weight, at which time she was pretty athletic.  It definitely works!  I might give it a go, but I won’t do the intermittent fasting because I have issues as it is with nausea if I don’t eat enough between when I take PD meds.

I figure since I have a dozen canine teeth (four cuspids and eight bicuspids), the Great Dentist in the sky intended for me to eat meat.

I have endeavored to obey this particular Divine Law without question or further analysis.

I have no problem with vegetarians or vegans on the theory that if they want to commit that particular kind of sin with no harm to others, let them board their own handbaskets to hell.

Here's another take, I have NO teeth and eat meat like a champ (without my dentures), salad/green leafy veggies, not so much!

Anyone remember Ben Sansing from the Largo Group? When I saw his toothless self tear through a steak, I was less worried about losing my teeth. RIP Ben...
I might not last very long or be very effective but I'll be a real pain in the ass for a minute!
