Air fryer lid

My new air fryer lid for the instant pot arrived earlier this morning. It also fits on top of a stockpot, so I don't need to haul out the Instant Pot. I took it for a spin just now and made some frozen tater tots. I liked it. They are a mid-step between deep fried and oven baked. I will have to experiment with some other uses.

this was on a flash sale, so I only paid $ 45 for it. I did not want to buy a separate unit since it would just take up counter space, so I went with the free-standing lid.
Any recommendations or recipes?

And... If you can deal with a separate air fryer, Aldi has their things back in the middle aisle. I've had one for a few months, and it has performed admirably. About $50ish...
