How to make my neighbors uncomfortable...

...when they mention anything about inflation, gas prices, Russia, China (not likely...), whatever...

"Well, elections have their consequences."

They get snippy, and say something about how it isn't Biden's fault.

"Well, at least we don't have mean tweets anymore."

I generally try to avoid bringing up politics.  It isn't going to help relationships any.

I tend to eat out a lot, and a few restaurants get their share of folks blathering.

About the only things I can think to say to make my neighbors uncomfortable would be, I don't like beef or I don't like guns.

Standing on my back porch in nothing  but my tighty whiteys calling my dogs back in the house.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

I make my neighbors uncomfortable just by being their neighbor.

Not bad. If you really want to win this thing, try doing that on the neighbors' back porches.

I guess his neighbors are close enough they can see his undies.

Couple of years ago my one neighbor really wanted to see my gun safe. He's the Mormon guy. Really nice, an attorney, and fairly right thinking, but not a gun guy.

When I swung the door open his eyes got sort of wide and he recoiled just a bit. It was fun to see.

He knew I'm a gun owner, but he didn't know the extent to which I'm a gun owner...
