RIP Robbie Coltrane

Younger folks will know him as Hagrid from the Harry Potter Series. Gearheads like me may have seen some of his excellent car and travel enthusiast stuff. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy.

i cannot recall the face but i recognize the name... 72 is way too young

He was in a few of the Pierce Brosnan Bond films, playing a Russian gangster.   Was killed off in The World in Not Enough.

The other was "Goldeneye".  According to IMDB, he was separated from his wife and had been in ill health for a little while.
