I'm stumped-
I can't get the contact list feature to work the way I want it to.
I just open up Act, hit contacts, and had a page that gave me the main page for contact #1 of XXX. I'd hit the top "right" arrow, it would go to contact #2 of XXX. Then I got a reminder pop-up message. I hit "go to", made the call, recorded as needed, but now can not for the life of me figure out how to get back to the original list where I can scroll through 1 of XXX, 2 of XXX, etc.
Same general idea when I go to call a group. Sometimes I need to go to contact list, click on contact, and it gives me 1 of 1. To call #2 in that group, I need to go back to the contact list, and click the second one.
Yet, sometimes within a group I can get 1 of 15, 2 of 15, etc.
Can someone help?
