Geraldo gets knocked down standing on Galveston seawall...
« on: March 03, 2005, 10:18:52 PM »
Being his usual moronic self. A wave broke over the top, knocked him down.

It didn't suck him back out over the wall with the fall back, though.

They'll probably repeat it on the news.

Geraldo finally met a bigger blowhard. Classic.

Dang, you beat me to it Brad.  Do you think if someone danced around him in some sort of pagan ritual, and then threw him in the ocean it would appease the Storm Gods?

Lights came back on on the 600-foot disabled freighter that was out there being tossed in 50 foot waves, so the crew is still fighting.

That has to be a hell of a ride.

No. Unless those are authorities trying to recover important documents or such, that's "Dumbasses didn't get out when they were warned that the area WOULD BE DESTROYED."

What's the fire from? Did Geraldo accidentally blow up a gas station, too?

The storm's coming in hard, or so they say. There are hopes that Geraldo won't make it through.  cheesy

I think Geraldo is a schmuck, however, I don't wish him dead. I reserve that for truly evil people.

It's the only thing he has to rely on. That bad comb-over of his wasn't holding up very well in that wind! grin

He's the reason I won't watch FNC anymore. (Well, one of them)

Seriously, the man is the father of trash TV.  How anyone could take him seriously as a broadcast journalist is beyond me.

I usually check Fox News for headlines, but if GR or Shepard Smith are on I don't even bother.

Has anyone ever mistaken him for a serious journalist?

It would be a lot like mistaking Rush Limbaugh for a serious journalist. Or The View as a news show.

Geraldo hasn't been executed for treason yet?

LImbaugh doesn't present himself as a "journalist" though.  Geraldo does.

Geraldo went well over the line back in the Vtech shootings.

He apparently found some myspace page of an Asian student who enjoyed shooting and was pictured with a hunting rifle, showed it on the news and said "This could be him!". Because, you know, it was an Asian who liked guns!

It wasn't.

He was not fired for the defamation of character. I don't think anyone was able to sue.

That's not okay.
