I sure wish that I had known.  I could have saved a lot of time and money on buying (or killing) food, maintaining a kitchen and paying utilities, and preparing meals (and/or getting a wife to prepare them for us).

I went 14 days with nothing but gatorade and occasional chicken broth before getting Crohn's Disease diagnosed and under control.  Lost 24 lbs.
On two occasions, I have been asked [by members of Parliament], "Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?" I am not able to rightly apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question.
