Hillary will not be indicted. First is the obvious reason: she's the Dem's candidate. Second, and more importantly, indicting her drags Obama into this, as he knew he was corresponding with her on an unsecure server. He won't have that.

She won't be indicted. So what are they doing? Limbaugh tossed out what may be the most plausible theory: they want to keep the Wikileaks and Foundation stories out of the news as much as possible,  so the FBI looks at things for several days, then says around the middle of next week that there wasn't anything there. Hillary is still "innocent".

I believe the Supreme Court has ruled that, in order to invoke 5th Amendment protections, it is NOT sufficient to simply not answer. You must specifically state that you are declining to answer on the grounds that any answer you give might tend to incriminate you.
