40 pounds of pork shoulder...

being rubbed with mustard and brown sugar, plus whatever else, ready for the smoker in the morning!  Pulled pork tomorrow night!

We gave our son a Lang smoker for his 40th birthday.  He finally has some time to use it.  Come on over!
