A revolting development!
« on: January 29, 2007, 08:04:45 PM »
My friends, the time has come for The Face of Fistful to be revealed to the Faithful.  Yes, I received a digital camera at my wedding over a year ago, and now I have begun to use it for evil.

An intruder broke into my twenty-ninth birthday party and we rent him limb from limb, feasting on his candy insides.  Giant chickens must beware the sting of my lahti!

And here I am looking much more dashing.  I am not a fisherman, but I sure look good doing it.   smiley

Here's Ginger.  Isn't she a cutie-pie?

And later I display my Tom Jones moves, back at the ancestral home where my parents dwell.  This one's pay-back for Hunter Rose's stomach-turning photograph of some days ago Tongue and for having to look at Bogie and Ezekiel's ugly mugs every time they post.

I know these are some shocking images, but I thought yous guys could handle it.   cheesy

Some things are just not right, like opening a thread and realizing the topic starter is exposing his formerly concealed countenance. From then on the mystique surrounding a particular poster, built up through the choice of his handle and assorted avatars and sig lines, is crushed because he never looks at all like one expected him to look.

Tongue

I suppose next you'll want me to post a pick of myself, eh, fistful?  Wink

What were you expecting, anyway?

Despite rumors to the contrary, I am not especially interested in the cosine: Hot or Not thread.  Tongue

I don't know. I just find it interesting that people's faces are never quite what you envisioned them to be.

Just for that, I am going to find a picture of myself and post it.  Tongue

I guess people still think I'm older.  I don't even look thirty, for crying out loud but everyone's expecting me to be 40.

No. Not like it really matters anyway; until we find a really effective way to get off of this little wet rock called earth and travel speedily through the universe women like Princess Leia/Carrie Fisher will continue to be out of my galaxy.

Alright, you two. Stand down now.

If you want to be depressed, you can look like me. Just go to www.wisconsingunowners.org, and look at the profile of the old guy in the black suit on the right-hand side of the page in WGO's little Flash movie.

I didn't always look like this. Years back, I actually looked human.

I'm surprised-and a little disappointed.  I was kind of expecting "Mr. Wilson" from Dennis The Menace.

Ok... I want evidence of this! I consider you a friend, Dick, but I don't believe ANYTHING that far-fetched without evidence! Wink

And fistful: if that's supposed to "pay me back" for the pic from the wedding show, you have a LOOONG way to g. I barely even blinked: no shudders, no vomit, not even a twinge...

Take heart, cosine.

The object of your lust has turned into a middle-aged soccer mom with questionably appropriate foundation garments and a resulting clear-cut case of NERTS:

My, how those with hair-Danishes plastered to the sides of their head have aged.

Sadly, you might be as close to a chance as you might ever be in your life.

Furious,

You weren't here for my Star Wars thread. Isn't lust. It's admiration of Princess Leia's character (courage, fortitude, etc.) in the movies. Wink  The pretty face in the movies is just a secondary extra.

Carrie Fisher's real-life character/personality at the time the movies were made (and still now) probably wasn't exactly like the character she portrayed anyway, so what she looks like now is of no importance. It's not so much attraction to Carrie Fisher as it is attraction to a fictional character.

(Admiration for/attraction to a fictional character? I know, you're wondering how much more of a loser I can be... Tongue  grin)

cosine, that's endearing, really it is.  I mean it's cute, but no one believes you.

Now go watch Leia cavorting about in the slave-wear again.  Tongue

Hmm. Okay, but it's true.

Actually, (I'm serious here), those were not among my favorite scenes in the movie, a courageous, strong woman like Princess Leia being turned merely into an object of pleasure for a revolting, fat slob.

Actually, I'm quite fine with the idea that you're a somewhat adolescent to post-adolescent with an innocuous fixation for the fictional character Princess Leia as she was in her prime. That's much less likely to damage neurons than any thoughts of you cavorting about as if you were attempting to beguile Jabba the Hutt.

Ya know, due to your avatar, I always associated your posts with the face of Clint Eastwood. I'm sure that was the case with various other members as well. You had it made, you were the Clint Eastwood of APS.

But now that you posted these pics, fistful, it's allllll over. I'll never think of Eastwood again when I see your posts.  grin
