On the local FB and Reddit Boeing groups, there is ongoing discussion about Boeing selling the space group.  We have entered the sixth week of a strike by local Boeing machinists, who just voted down the most recent contract offer.  Many employees have already been furloughed and 10-12% of the work force being laid off is expected. Many people are in favor of selling the space group to raise cash for Boeing but recent events have dropped the value of the group.
