He gets his fully $323,000 salary next year.
So now he can apply for a job as superintendent with some other school district and he won't have to disclose that he was fired for cause, he can just say that the school board decided to go in a different direction. And if anyone checks his references, the school board won't be able to say they fired him for cause.
