I can't imaging taking a young child to something like that. What are these parents thinking?
I wonder if this wasn't inevitable, once we tried to "rationalize" our views about sex. We thought we could strip away those old, fuddy-duddy taboos; but still keep a barrier against pedophilia, incest, rape. As long as it's "consenting adults."
Then we heard rumblings of normalizing pedophiles, calling them "minor-attracted persons." Now, they're demonizing anyone who objects to making children the audience for drag shows. Or who objects to "transitioning" minors.
So far, the taboo against pedophilia seems mostly intact (mostly), and it's still illegal to rape people. How long until we find ourselves at the bottom of those slippery slopes?
