What is it with "black" nowadays? Is that a new status symbol?
It's the ultimate excuse.
Won't do you job and about to get fired? You're disadvantaged because of your skin pigment, so you are entitled to that job.
Somebody won't give you a job because you are unqualified? Play the race card.
Arrested because you commit a crime? The police are targeting you because you are black, not because you are the black male who just robbed the liquor store.
In politics and you are attacked for your unsuitability? Whip it out. The race card, that is.
Want .gov aid? Whip out your race card, you get a bigger slice of the pie since you aren't an evil whitey. (Student aid is a good example of this, you get more if you are a so-called "minority").
I'll believe the line "we are all equal" when the .gov stops basing everything on race and puts a stop to everything affirmative action.
Oh, and I like how Herman Cain "isn't authentically black" but anytime a Dem steps up to the plate, they cannot be criticized due to a somewhat darker skin.
