RBOB just dropped below $3 a gallon.

Be prepared for a slight decrease in the pump price in 6 to 8 months...

Crude is dropping pretty hard right now, just over $91 a barrel. RBOB is down to $2.92.

Saw $3.23 at Sam's yesterday. $3.39 to $3.49 at most retail locations.

RBOB still dropping. Flirting with dipping into the two-eighties.

Most of the stations around me in Northern Virginia are in the $4.40 to $4.70 range.

Ridiculous

Wow. Oil and RBOB numbers are slipping faster than Brandon's cognitive baseline scores.

Crude is sitting at $87.73 and RBOB is sitting at $2.76, down 3.2 and 5%, respectively.

More bad economic numbers from both the US and China behind the drop.  This will definitely help the Democrats come the midterms because gas prices are the more in-your-face part of the economic pain this country is suffering.

$3.54 this afternoon.

Prices dropped between 15 and 20 cents a gallon at the stations near my house.

I find it curious that the pump price drops are occurring so quickly after the wholesale price drops.  Historically, that does not happen.  It typically takes several days to a week for wholesale price drops to find their way to the pumps.

Yeah, I've been having the same thought.

Maybe Brandon is doing something after all!

Case of gas hording or potential terrorism?

Hazmat crews find roughly 154 jugs filled with gasoline inside home, police say

I've heard rumors of retailers buying fuel by the day rather than full tankerloads which might last several days. That would account, at least in some part, for the more immediate pump price reactions.

The propane guy was just by to top off my tank. $2.49/gal, which is cheaper than when he topped it off in FEB, when it was $2.90.

I'm really curious what stove pellets are going to cost me this year.

I've kept track of how many bags I've used in a season, but I've not kept track of how much I've paid...

OK, looks like last year 40 bags of pellets were about $230.

From what I'm hearing pellets could be quite a bit more expensive this coming heating season.

Still don't care. I'm warm using my pellet stove.

$3.999 for unleaded regular (10% ethanol) at the discount club on the way home Friday evening. Same price as last Friday. Two weeks ago it was $4.059.
