This is alleged to have happened in 1994. I don't recall it being brought up in 2016. Comments suggest it was brought up but "suppressed and ignored". I can't see the MSM ignoring something like that if it would hurt Trump. Maybe it was brought up in 2016, but I don't remember it.

It wouldn’t have just been brought up in 2016, we would have constantly heard about it to the present day. It would have been a key point of attack, just like the other stuff.
